All prices include:
• 10% VAT
• accommodation with breakfast
• bed linen (1 midweek change - after 3-4 days of stay)
• bathroom linen (change every 2 days) + bathroom courtesy set
• daily cleaning (in the apartments excluding the kitchenette which is the responsibility of the guest)
• moderate use air conditioning INCLUDED from 1/6 - 10/9 (not deductible from the cost of accommodation; supplement for different periods / excessive consumption 6 Euro / day)
• guarded parking for 1 car INCLUDED (in the value: 10 Euro during the day, 10 Euro at night; not deductible from the cost of accommodation)
• sunbeds and deck chairs by the pool INCLUDED (in the value: June / September 8 Euro, July 10 Euro, August 15 Euro; not deductible from the cost of accommodation)

Supplements

TOURIST TAX (mandatory) - October - May € 1.00 per person per day, June - September € 2.00 per day, for a maximum of 10 days, excluding children 0-13 years old

Final cleaning, mandatory - apartments, 40.00 Euros (obligation to leave the kitchenette free of garbage and dirty dishes)

Half board - mandatory from 30/7 to 31/8
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 26 Euro / day - appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, fruit, ½ l water
Children 3 - 11 years: 15 Euro / day - appetizer, first or second course, side dish, fruit, ½ l water
Children 0 - 3 years a la carte payment
* we apply these costs only if HB booked for the entire stay. dinner, if booked on site day by day or only on some days, has a different cost

Extra services

Cot - 7 Euro / day / low season, 10 Euro / day / high season
Evening departure - (subject to availability) departure before 19.00h 50% supplement of the room rate includes use of the room, parking, swimming pool
Air conditioning "different periods" (low season) or excessive consumption (high season) - 6 Euro / day / room

Limitations – restrictions

Minimum stay: 2 nights in high season or weekend, min 7 nights in August (flexible dates subject to availability)

We inform our kind customers that on the day of departure at 9.30 all booked services expire and that for rooms vacated after 10.00 a penalty of 30 Euros will apply; for rooms vacated after 12.00 a half-day penalty applies (50% of the daily rate for the period)

Standard services, extra services and/or meals booked and not consumed will not be refunded.
